How do I place an order?

First you subscribe to one of our featured paid or free plans. Second you add your items to your shopping cart. Third you checkout & securely pay for your order.

Can I use an international credit card?

Yes. We accept all credit cards with their respected fees that come with it. For any other form of payments we also accept "Zelle" depending on the plan you subscribe to.

Can I create my own pack?

Creating your own single or monthly recurring packs is only available through the "Pro Shopper" plan but is definitely possible if subscribed.

Do you offer shipping to Haïti?

Using our partner company in Haïti "Nadalsa" we do offer shipping to Haïti on all of our products. With "Nadalsa" you will be able to receive your packs and items in a reasonable amount of time.

How long does shipping usually take?

Depending on the shipping method, it usually take up to 1 week by air and 1 month by boat to ship to Haïti.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are not responsible for damages during any international shipping. Pakn only supports packages up until the delivery to its local address.

What is the limit of lbs per pack?

The weight of your checkout orders determines the number of packs bought. One single pack usually don't go above "2 CUFTS", which has a flat rate when it comes to shipping it to Haïti. All other items bought through our website vary depending on the amount at final checkout.
